Registered Massage Therapy, including techniques of swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial stretching, aid in the recovery from injury and stress.

Jennifer has devoted the past 30 years to providing Registered Massage Therapy and warmly welcomes the young and young-at-heart into her treatment room.

Incorporating Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, neuromuscular and myofascial techniques, Jennifer finds reward in treating the injuries and stress we all encounter in our busy lives.

When not working, this adventurous gal takes great delight exploring BC in her old 1985 Westfalia camper van loaded up with bikes, paddle board, climbing shoes, and, of course, her trusted furry companion, Niah!
